GENERAL INFORMATION
The complex covers nearly 4.5 decars almost on the shores of Kleptuza Lake, formed by the biggest Karst spring on the Balkan Peninsula with a constant temperature of about 12˚C, which brings about forming the natural climatic conditions.
LOCATION
Balneo Complex Aquatonik is located near the Kleptuza lake - the largest karst spring in the Balkans.
ACCOMMODATION
The hotel has 96 rooms: 66 double rooms, 22 double rooms plus and 8 apartments, of which 6 one-bedroom apartments (family rooms), 1 one-bedroom De Lux apartment and 1 two-bedroom apartment. The double rooms have an area of 20 - 22 sq.m. The double rooms plus are: double room plus with balcony and double room plus without balcony. They are equipped with an additional double sofa bed. The area of the room is 28 - 32 sq.m. The family rooms have a bedroom and also have a double sofa bed. They do not have a terrace. Their area is 32 sq.m.
All rooms and apartments are modernly furnished with TV, air conditioning, mini bar, telephone, kettle, hairdryer, SOS alarm, fire alarm system, access control. Free wired and Wi-Fi is available.
RESTAURANTS AND BARS
Balneo Complex Aquatonik has a restaurant with two halls. In the classic restaurant, dishes are served at a rich buffet or at a service. Breakfasts and dinners are served at the buffet restaurant with show cookingor service. The a la carte restaurant offering a large variety of elegant temptations for Connoisseurs, delighting the senses with the perfect harmony of looks, originality and taste.
Situated on the level of the reception, the Lobby bar is ideal for drinking your morning coffee or for spending a pleasant and calm afternoon, listening to quiet music next to the fireplace.
Cool drinks on hot days, sunbathing and aquatonic pool, the scent of pine and a light cool breeze – you will get all this by just visiting the Pool bar.
BUSINESS CENTER
The multifunctional conference hall has a capacity of 160 seats and can be divided into two separate halls. It has modern technical equipment: multimedia, sound, laptop, flipchart, wireless. The hall has natural lighting and central air conditioning with antiviral and antibacterial filtration.
SPA CENTER
The SPA & Wellness center at the spa complex offers free of charge to its guests:
- Roman bath /Tepidarium/ - warmed-up hall with floor heating and heated-up rafts
- D-r Kneip’s trail – passing on through successively changing pools with cold /18˚/ and warm /34˚/ water
- The adventure shower – the combination of various temperature regimes and several types of nozzles
- The ice room – a hall with real snow inside
- Classical steam bath for eight persons
- The infrared sauna for four persons is heated by infrared rays with wave length of the infrared specter.
- Classical Finnish sauna is for ten persons with Rhodopean herbs aroma
- Relax hall. There you can relax in a marble bed or lounger, which follows the shape of your body.
At the disposal of the guests of the complex are an outdoor pool with hot mineral water and two contrasting melts, through which you will stimulate your immune system, as well as an indoor unique aquatonic mineral pool - the only one of its kind in the country. In the aquatonic mineral pool you can enjoy a wonderful hydromassage from head to toe. The pool is not swimming, but has hydromassage functions through which you can relax, thanks to the 57 massage nozzles.
