GENERAL INFORMATION

Complex Kosovo Houses has preserved Rhodope Revival architecture, organically connected with the natural environment. The spirit of the complex is gathered in three separate houses, each with its own charm and history - Hadjiska, Gavatovska and Elinovska houses.
The tavern of the Kosovo houses is located in the yard of the Hadjiska house, in the reconstructed old barn. The spirit of the Rhodopes and the Revival reigns here - from the stone walls and the heavy beech furniture to the appetizing local traditional Bulgarian dishes.
An event hall is available where the events turn into a pleasant experience.

LOCATION

Complex Kosovo Houses is located in the Rhodopes, the picturesque village of Kosovo - one of the few settlements in the country that has preserved its Revival spirit.

ACCOMMODATION

The Hadjiska house is the soul of the complex. The house has been declared a cultural monument.
It has 6 double and 2 triple rooms, each with specially made solid furniture, satellite TV and a bathroom with shower.

The Gavatov house is built on several levels, with several separate entrances. To reach it you have to climb a cobblestone path. There is a lift for luggage, which will deliver it directly to the top.
On the lowest level of the Gavatovska house there is a separate tavern for the guests with a fireplace, a kitchenette and a bathroom. On the other levels there are 2 apartments, studio type, with kitchenettes and dining areas, 5 double rooms and one room, suite type - all with private bathrooms. The former barn has been converted into a spacious third apartment.
The spacious apartments, consisting of a bedroom and a living room with a sofa bed, a dining area and a small kitchenette equipped with a fridge, microwave, kettle, provide a wonderful opportunity for a longer family holiday.
The first entrance, which has 5 rooms, 1 apartment and a tavern, is very convenient for companies of 10-15 people who prefer to be alone and have the opportunity to show their culinary skills. The barbecue in the yard in front of the tavern facilitates this.

Elinovska house is perched on the top of the Turkish neighborhood - one of the highest places in the village and the view from it is magnificent. It is also a cultural monument. There is a large covered barbeque where you can relax and enjoy the beautiful view. And the luggage will arrive by lift. This is the smallest house: it consists of three penthouse apartments, each with a separate entrance. Both are in the large building and have a living room with sofa bed, kitchenette (equipped with refrigerator, microwave and kettle), dining area and toilet downstairs, large bedroom with bathroom - upstairs. In the former barn is located the third, so-called "newlyweds" penthouse - with a bedroom downstairs and a living room with a large veranda on the upper floor. This is the most spacious living room and in addition to couches, dining area and kitchenette there is an indoor fireplace.

TAVERN

The tavern welcomes guests all year round. It gathers about 40 people and is convenient for trainings, seminars, celebrations and any other events. And in the summer about 30 more people gather on the veranda and in the yard under the vine. The fireplace brings additional coziness, and delicious specialties are prepared in the oven according to traditional recipes. All products from which all dishes are prepared are produced in the vicinity of the village. The bread is kneaded in the nearby village of Hvoyna - without leaven, with homemade yeast, and the yoghurt is made on the spot, the dairy products come from the dairies in Chepelare and Zabardo, the vegetables - from the villages around Asenovgrad.
Singers from the Smolyan ensemble and bagpipers from the famous "100 kaba bagpipes" also contribute to the pleasant experience, immersing you in the romance of the Rhodopes with authentic folk songs.
The tavern has a rich collection of Bulgarian wines, as well as specially prepared for the complex wine - "Kosovo Houses".

You can organize a memorable adventure, seminar or conference for your employees, colleagues or partners. You will be offered interesting ideas for green team building activities, games and entertainment that are at the same time pleasant, useful and satisfying.
The conference hall of Kosovo House is multifunctional and suitable for seminars, trainings and team building, as well as for yoga practices, dances and any other events. The space has an area of ​​60 square meters and up to 40 seats. It allows for presentations, screenings, has mobile internet and a magnificent terraced garden outside, which can also be used for more lively events and outdoor activities.
