GENERAL INFORMATION

Santa Marina Holiday Village provides a wide range of services and entertainment. 70% of the area of Santa Marina is dedicated to gardens, park alleys, parking lots and service facilities.
At guests' disposal are a beach, swimming pools, sun terraces, themed restaurants, kid's playground and animation program in three languages, various shops, wellness center, medical center, sports fields, domestic transport by electric buses, mini-train from / to Sozopol , Smokini , Kavatsi and others.

LOCATION

Situated on the Bulgarian Southern coast, excellent location on the beach, offering a spiral breath facing the sea combined with many and varied greenery. Santa Marina Holiday Village is 34 km south of Burgas and only 2 km north from the old town of Sozopol.

ACCOMMODATION

All accommodation units are equipped with hairdryer, equipped kitchenette, kettle, refrigerator, air conditioning, satellite TV, clothes dryer, balcony (possibility of booking with sea view at extra charge), baby cot (requires prior request). The spacious and luxurious bathrooms offer a shower cabin and free toiletries.
All rooms can be with park, garden or sea view. Deluxe rooms are only with park view.

* Studio - large room with sleeping area, dining area and kitchenette, separate bathroom and terrace. Accommodation for 2 guests per bedroom and 1 guest on a sofa, a total of 3 guests.
* One bedroom apartment - separate bedroom, separate living room with dining area and kitchenette, bathroom and terrace. These apartments come with a large king-size bed and a sofa bed. Accommodation for 2 guests in a bedroom and up to 2 guests on a sofa in the living room, a total of 4 guests.
* Two-bedroom apartment - each 2-bedroom apartment is furnished with a well-equipped kitchenette, comfortable dining area, living room and private terrace. Accommodation for 4 guests in 2 bedrooms and up to 2 guests on a sofa in the living room, a total of 6 guests.

Deluxe rooms - Studio, 1-bedroom or 2-bedroom apartment, with additional equipment, according to the individual taste of the owner - washing machine, large iron, dishwasher, oven or similar, or larger rooms.

RESTAURANTS & BARS

Santa Marina Holiday Village offers its guests restaurants with various cuisine:
* Viva Mare Fish & Grill Restaurant - located on two floors, with a spacious terrace and a Mediterranean menu. For a complete comfort, free parking and kid’s playground are available.
* Apollonia Restaurant - offers traditional Balkan specialties and features an outdoor BBQ. The restaurant is positioned on two levels:
- Terrace "Apollonia Magna" is located on the second floor and offers a sea view;
- on the lower level is a terrace "Apollonia Pontica" which offers a calm and casual atmosphere.

In the holiday village there are three pool bars and a coffee shop:
Nostalgia Coffee Shop is located in the center of the complex (next to the fountain). The pastry menu includes a variety of ice creams, fresh juices, smoothies and homemade sweets. For the children there is a special kid's corner.
Marina Beach Bar awaits its guests with a refreshing beach bar, sunbeds, spacious tents, dressing rooms and safety provided by lifeguards. To the delight of sea adventurers next door is a surf school.

BUSINESS CENTER

Excellent conditions for organizing congresses, seminars, business meetings, conferences, company presentations and trainings. The complex has a conference hall with a capacity of up to 180 seats in a theatrical arrangement.
The hall is equipped with conference chairs with table, multimedia, flipchart, screen, sound system, air conditioning with individual temperature control, Wi-Fi. The following services are available to business guests at the reception - computer, printer, fax, telephone and more.

SPORT & ENTERTAINMENT

Tennis center "Santa Marina" has 8 courts with hard surface and night lighting. And for football fans there is a mini football field with modern surface of synthetic grass and night lighting. They are located near a restaurant, bar and children's playground to meet all the needs of visitors.

Three of the pools offer swimming lessons for children and adults by qualified instructors.

SPA & WELLNESS

The Wellness Center of Santa Marina Holiday Village offers variety of therapies, massages and facial and body treatments. There is also a wellness area, which includes a steam bath, sauna, Russian bath, terrace with Jacuzzi and relaxation area. In addition, dance lessons and aerobics sessions are organized.

SWIMMING POOLS

In Holiday Village Santa Marina there are 5 pools of different sizes for adults and children. 3 of the pools have pool bars and panoramic views.

KIDS AREA

The newly built Kid's corner in the park offers attractive and safe facilities for children of all ages, and professional animators take care of children's entertainment for free.
