GENERAL INFORMATION

The interior of the complex is filled with natural materials and handmade furniture that follow the natural curves and color of the wood. The combination of the unique style of the place and the concept of environmentally friendly wine production offers the guests an unforgettable touch to the original Thracian way of life, fully oriented to the forces and fruits of nature.

LOCATION

Starosel Wine and SPA Complex is located below the southern slopes of Sashtinska Sredna Gora. Here you can enjoy being close to nature and feeling the authentic Thracian traditions. Premium quality wine and healing mineral water contribute the full experience.

ACCOMMODATION

The complex is divided into 3 hotel parts:
- Starosel Hotel
* Double room - equipped in a traditional style with the presence of natural materials.
* Studio - enjoy the space and comfort in the studios furnished in Bulgarian style.
* Appartment - furnished in the traditional spirit. The apartments consist of two spacious non-transitional rooms - a bedroom and a living room. Both rooms have private balconies and a fireplace.
* Luxury bedroom - a wonderful combination of home style and modern conveniences. You can enjoy a wood-burning fireplace in the room. A modern jacuzzi with mineral water awaits you on the panoramic terrace.

- Apart hotel Starosel:
* Studio - equipped with kitchenette and sofas, suitable for both short and long stays. Each studio has an individual character, which makes the holiday surprisingly pleasant.
* Appartment - enjoy a stay in two separate rooms - bedroom and living room, with an emphasis on a number of amenities - a kitchenette, a wood-burning fireplace and a bathtub in the bathroom.
* Two-bedroom apartment - two separate bedrooms, spacious living-room with seating area, dining table and wood-burning fireplace to warm your senses during the cold months.
* Maisonette - area with a bedroom on the second panoramic floor, spacious living room with kitchenette and fireplace, terrace with a view.

- Starosel Thracian Residence
* Comfort double room - with possibility for an ultra large bed (200 cm / 200 cm) or twin beds, these double rooms guarantee a complete SPA rest.
* Studio Elegant - situated on the entire fourth floor of the Thracian Residence, they offer magnificent views, jacuzzi on the terrace and a fireplace. Private parking is provided for guests who have chosen Studio Elegant, just a few steps away from the hotel's elevator.
* One-bedroom apartment - a great choice for family accommodation, with a separate bedroom for parents and a modern living-room, where the functional sofas can be separated as a sleeping area for children.
* Panoramic apartment - one-room premise with private elevator access and fascinating views of the Starosel and the beauties of the Sredna gora peaks. The highlights are the hot tub in the bathroom and the fireplace, which radiates warmth and comfort. 

All accommodation units are furnished with bathroom, equipped terrace, minibar, air conditioning, sofa, desk, WiFi and kettle.

BARS & RESTAURANTS

Complex Starosel has three restaurants with different cuisine types:
* Restaurant Thracian Residence - The buffet menu offers authentic Thracian cuisine as well as exquisite international dishes and top-quality pastry masterpieces. The restaurant's hall is spacious and comfortable, and on the open terrace during the warm days you can enjoy a great breakfast or a nice dinner. In addition to its exceptionally rich buffet, the restaurant delights its visitors with attractive live cooking.

* Restaurant Starosel - In addition to its regional menu, restaurant Starosel delights its visitors with its authentic interior. The salon consists of two floors. During the warmer months, a spacious summer terrace is available to guests.

* Restaurant Terroir - offers its visitors a variety of Bulgarian and international gourmet cuisine in an authentic comfortable atmosphere. Guests of the restaurant can enjoy an open kitchen with Big Green Egg BBQ and an authentic bread and pizza oven.

* Coffee garden Klyukarnika - Welcome to the heart of the complex and indulge in sweet talk and a glass of homemade juice.
* Piano bar - welcomes its guests in a spacious hall with natural wood interior, dinners with live music or DJs, and a selection of wines, alcoholic and soft drinks.
* Lobby bar - The menu offers a wide variety of non-alcoholic and alcoholic beverages and excellent cuisine for those who do not want to waste a minute of their SPA day. Highlight in the lobby bar is a modern fireplace in front of which you can enjoy a glass of wine.
* Pool bar - The pool bar menu of SPA Starosel will provide you a wide range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic cocktails, as well as hot drinks and different beverages.

BUSINESS CENTER

For the needs of its guests the complex has ten air-conditioned and illuminated conference halls, offering a capacity of 10 to 1000 seats and a diverse layout. All conference rooms have high-speed wireless internet access. In addition, quality equipment and catering can be rented.

SPORT & ENTERTAINMENT

The wine cellar is the heart of the Starosel Complex. Enjoy a walk in the cellar with a tasting of specially selected bottled wines and brandies of Starosel, served in the Wine Temple you will get a certificate.
Thoroughbred horses are at your disposal. In case you do not have the necessary experience to ride alone, experienced guides will take care of you.
And the nature around the complex is the ideal environment for some mountain biking.

SPA STAROSEL

SPA Starosel and SPA Thracian Residence delight their guests with thermal mineral water, unique style and first class facilities. Among the offered therapies you can enjoy classical and wine procedures,  each offering one-of-a-kind pleasure for senses as well as benefits for health.

* SPA Starosel - has indoor and outdoor mineral pools, Jacuzzi with children's section and a separate four-seater Jacuzzi, aroma sauna, hydromassage steam bath, second steam bath and outdoor sauna with a unique design, a zone for warm relaxation.
* SPA Thracian Residence ten-places soft sauna with aromatic oils, Finnish sauna, steam bath, snow room and shock pool, self-contained spa & wellness Area. There is also an unique solar center with a sunny sea room, an open solarium and a vertical turbo solarium, a special place for halo-therapy procedures - salt pool and salt cave.
* Wine therapies - grape seeds, wine mud and wine have a number of qualities with beneficial effects on the skin and body.
* SPA rituals and treatments - impactful, memorable and really working for the health and relaxation of the body. They naturally end with a glass of rose wine.
* Red zone - SPA Thracian residence - includes sun room, snow room, salt pool, salt cave with Himalayan salt, outdoor solarium, soft sauna with aromatic oils, shock pool and four outdoor Jacuzzis.

SPA Starosel has indoor and outdoor mineral pools, jacuzzi with a children's section.
The mineral pools at SPA Thracian Residence are three: a large indoor with a twenty-five meter swimming area, and a hydromassage area with lying area, water jets, a volcano, an underwater river and a jacuzzi. Part of the pool sector are and the children's pool with water slide and waterfall, and a treasure pool. Four jacuzzi are located on the terrace with magnificent views.
